Air Ticket delivery
Right after completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail provided.
For most flights an electronic ticket will be email to you within 24 hours.
Electronic tickets must be printed and taken to the airport on day of departure, along with appropriate travel documents:
Valid Passport and Cuban Tourist Card.

Cuban Tourist Card is usually supply along with the air ticket. The Cuban Tourist Cards is generally provided by tour operators or airlines, or can be obtained from a Cuban government office. Check if you’re Cuban Tourist Card has a stamp at the back, by the tour operator or the airlines. Note: Departure Tax from Cuba is included in your air ticket.

Note: Cuban Tourist Card is not valid without the stamp. If you don’t have Cuban Tourist Card you can purchase it at the airport in Cuba for $20.  Cuban Tourist Card
