Ticket Delivery Right after completing your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. For most flights an electronic ticket will be e-mail to you within 24 hours. Electronic tickets must be printed out and taken to airport check-in on the day of departure, along with the appropriate travel documents. Check in is available 2 hours before departure. Note: Departure Tax from Cuba is included in your air ticket.

Baggage Allowances The baggage that exceeds the allowancee will be subjected to an extra charge. Allowance according to the class in which the pax is traveling, tourist 23 kg (50 lbs) 5 kg of hand baggage limited by volume to what physically may be placed under the seat of the pax. The sum of the outside dimensions can't be over 115 cm (45 inches). Baggage Excess It will be applied the 1,5% of the highest ecomonic fee current for the trip the passenger is taking per each kg over the allowance the passenger has the right to according to the class his ticket has been issued.
